Refund Policy
At Mulãwwan, each piece is crafted with great care and intention. As such, our refund policy covers specific cases outlined below
Eligible For Refund
If an item arrives with a major, uncorrectable defect that is clearly due to our error
If the wrong item was delivered and cannot be exchanged or corrected in time
All refund claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery, and supported with clear photo or video evidence. Approved refunds will be retrieved within 24 hours after delivery and processed within 3-5 working days.
Not Eligible For Refund
Change of mind after order plcament
Sizing issues due to incorrect measurements provided
Delays caused by third-party logistics after dispatch
Minor variations in stitching or hand-finishing (as each piece is unique and not factory-made)
Please note that orders may go into production shortly after confirmation. Cancellations or changes made beyond this point may not be possible. However if a customer insists on a refund this comes with a 25% penalty charge.
